'an exquisite yet quiet hand with a sense of simple beauty and calmness' ... review - bruton gallery

I studied for my BA Honours Degree at GLASGOW SCHOOL of ART in Textiles. In my final year of study I won a Royal Society of Arts Bursary Award, which led to 3 years as in-house designer with Mary Quant Ltd, London. Following this, I obtained my MASTERS Degree from THE ROYAL COLLEGE of ART , London (School of Fine Art).  Over the past 30 years I have worked at a number of institutions across the country as a university lecturer whilst maintaining my own practice, which I am currently working on full-time.

My work is available to purchase either directly from myself or if it is listed as showing in exhibitions. A selection of watercolours, etchings and the 5-part folding card are also available at Aosdana Gallery, Isle of Iona.   I am happy to work to a specific commission.
